A self play is you paying to play with R1 players who are far better than you.

Looking at your armory, I noticed you’re wearing various PvE items (e.g. engineering helm, gloves, belt, pants, trinkets, and trident). Did you find any of them particularly helpful in your push for glad?

I think the problem is moreso the fact of this:

Not sure how rank 1 players end up queueing with someone who didn’t even have a 2k achieve in 3s, then said person mysteriously gets to glad right away, add about 7 broken pve items to the mixture, the same person gloating about people not having said pve items and then making threads about the pvp community being “toxic”.

They did. I lose about 22% in secondary stats, as well as the burst potential of a burst trinket, but the survival is what I need more. Ret already does a lot of damage as it is, so it’s not that big of a loss, but we really suffer from a lack of survival.

It’s called pushing for once? I’ve never cared about 3’s. This is the first time I’ve ever played them seriously. I’d rather just have fun, rather than play content I didn’t enjoy. Rating’s just a number, after all.
Back in WoD, for example, I preferred to just sit in Elwynn and duel. Same with MoP.
I stopped caring for PvP in Legion because Blizz might as well have deleted duels from the game with Legion Legendaries.
And now that we’re in BFA, I saw a chance this season to push Glad, to get all the haters off my back, and really give Arena committed try. I didn’t even play BFA S1, but came back S2 and it’s been really fun.

It hasn’t been an off meta comp since ret got buffed.
There are ret/arms/x comps playing at 2700 plus right now, but congrats.

As much as I’d love to say Petkick is bad because he is missing the t3 belt, he is one of the only good DKs on ladder.
