This is being bias, people like you and I don’t struggle for glad regardlss. You need to realize that glad as a reward needs to stay consistent, and dropping the threshold was the way to do it this time.
I mean probably so, but all I know is people stopped PvPing as much when they reduced the ratings (carrot on the stick) & made it easy.
There are other things Blizzard could have done besides that & still are, Chris K had a huge influence on this system & he literally used to buy RBG boosts to duelist lol.
There’s now nothing between Gladiator & Rank 1 which is uncapped so Rank 1 can go up as high as 3500 in really inflated seasons; that is the problem with the current system it doesn’t scale with mmr.
The most active time for PvP in recent history was season 2 of SL when LFG was full of people and glad was like top 10k. Now you can’t even find people to grind conquest with. I feel like people are incredibly delusional in what they think is true when it comes to this carrot on a stick philosophy.
I’m still trying to understand this logic but after seeing the same people repeat it over and over I think they’re just dogmatic refuting evidence that suggest otherwise.
Easy there buddy shuffle saved pvp
If you quit bc your mount became “not as cool” to you, good riddance clowns lmaooooo.
Objectively more people quit after sl s3, once glad became more exclusive than when your buddies quit.
Easy glad = inflation
Well yeah it sort of did. Berzz has been posting shuffle numbers and they’ve stayed pretty consistent and resemble season 2 of SL numbers.
In my last post I was talking about 3s participation.
Idk, I don’t think making things easy to get is the answer but.
I digress, we won’t agree there.
That’s respectable. I appreciate your opinion on the matter none the less.
You as well, regardless the mount is pretty cool & I’m looking forward to getting one!
How? 2.4k wasnt even close to glad range beside some exceptional seasons? Sorry but NO
How was that easier?
Also basically we are dropping standards because blizzard can actively balance their game and people are leaving after the first season of an expansion.
Because its all relative. Muchhhhh more people were playing pvp when it was % based. Sure there were exemptions of that example like bfa and sl, but overall yeah
Yeah BGB and SS helps alot in that regards also. Its an mmo an automated system which minimize human interaction and promotes furthermore toxicity has no place in it
They should probably add a flex q to 3s at this point tbqh.
SS/BGB & all the lobby simulators kinda ruined it.
Hardly any of that isn’t even true. But there’s point in discussing something with someone who is indoctrinated.
So my theory is right Unsurprising
It’s like when wow classic severs first came up and you couldn’t even login without waiting for hour. People gravitate towards where other people are. Did they offer a glad mount or elite rewards in the classic servers? No. If a bracket is dead no one will play it. It’s almost like a domino effect.
You need to understand the overall scope instead of having a limited view.
I for one appreciate shufflers refusing to play with each other gatekeeping the mount from themselves and each other thereby making it rare again
They’re serving their purpose Good thing they’ll never figure this out and change their ways
I find it insane how you’re able to repeat the same nonsense everyday for years. Word for word too.
Gonna be legendary to see the crashout Swole does when he does his “pushing gladiator” thread and then misses it by a mile while blaming the rogue and priest but not himself after going -400.
Why would I stop when I’m right Also some players are slower to learn than others, so just helping people who were left behind figure stuff out a few years late
Glad blizzard agrees shufflers deserve nothing and doesn’t give them a mount for yet another expac
