Need some advice about which server to pick, please.

What I’m hoping for:

Alliance,
Busy,
Friendly,
Chatty
A good leveling/social guild scene,
Wouldn’t say “no” to RP, though I’m a terrible RPer,
LBGT+ accepting.

I’m a mediocre raider at best, but I show up prepared and cheerful.

Anyone have any thoughts, suggestions? Have links to server Discords?

Moonguard is a busy RP server, and you don’t have to RP to play on an RP server…I know, I did it for years.

Avoid Goldshire and I think you’d have a good time.

Or go to Goldshire. That’s your business.

That is what Proudmoore is known for, and in my experience, it’s true…but overall, I don’t feel like the server is as populated as it was when I first moved here

Proudmore is the polar opposite of Hyjal. All alliance vs all horde. Both high pops.

I’d recommend Moonguard, but Proudmoore is also a good choice. Like others have mentioned, you don’t have to RP to play on Moonguard; plenty of people don’t. It’s pretty social. A good way to tell is by looking at the trade chat, and Moonguard’s trade is pretty much all people talking to each other. I’d say look it over for a bit and see if it fits your vibe. GL out there!
