Given recent nerfs is there still another nerf in 11.0.7?

The shield burn was part of the tuning of the 26th.

I don’t think they ever announced class tuning for 11.0.7

They did announce racial tuning which are very “mehh”

This is the thread for 11.0.7, there’s no mention of class tuning.
