Summons a Fel Reaver from the Twisting Nether that follows the warlock for 1 minute, obliterating all enemies in a 30 yard range for the duration. Also damages you for 90% of your maximum health when summoned. Does not work in raids.

A singularity is created at the designated location, which then sucks in all lifeforms in a 30 yard range of its location over a 2 sec duration and kills them. If you are within range, you also die.
Hmm, if I had to make a 1 hour cool down for resto shamans.
Thinking it’d be a massive power chunk based off all 4 elements:
Water - Heal Allies within 120 yrds for 100% of their max HP. Increases the effectiveness of all heals received by 25% for 1 minute. Remove any debuff that would reduce healing recieved, and prevent said debuffs from being placed again for 1 minute.
Earth - Place a shield on all allies within 120 yrds for 100% of the max HP, and reduce damage taken by 25% for all allies for 10 seconds.
Fire - Increase damage done by all allies by 25% for 10 seconds, all allies attacking inflict a stacking DoT effect that maxes out at 100 stacks, this DoT lasts 10 seconds and is refreshed each time an ally with the damage buff attacks them. ( total Damage is equivalent to 1/5th of the casters Flame shock damage per stack, ticks every 2 seconds)
Wind - increase movement speed for all allies within 120 yrds by 50% for 10 seconds, and allow casting while moving for all effected
Honestly, if we’re talking 1 hour, hard CD’s that don’t get reset, this stuff has to be silly strong

Boreal Winter.
Channeled, Interruptible.
Creates a 30 yard AoE of swirling snow at a location within 20 yards. The snow creates a stacking debuff every 3 seconds that reduces speed by 10% every three seconds. At 5 stacks, target is Frozen. Every 3 seconds a target is Frozen, they take damage as Ice Lance on Frozen Target.
Debuff lasts 10 seconds, stacking.
Lasts 15 seconds.
That just seems like a neat new froze mage ability, and not nearly powerful enough to warrent a 1 hour CD
