Give Worgen Tails (Part 1)

Chill, I am just teasing you all. I support worgen tails and stated my support in this thread. You will get it soon

I hope you are right!

Where are the Tails Blizzard?! Give them the tails >:(

I know its just sad when you stop and think all other races are getting so many customized options and yet only the Worgen get posts demanding less options for a race they most of the time don’t even play.

To be fair, we are getting some Worgen form options, plus ALL the Human options, and they are completely separated now.

That said, give Worgen tails.

You are right in a way that the devs gave us something that the worgen community desired since a long time.

Unfortunatly, I lost any trust in the dev team regarding the worgen treatment since this pathetic heritage armor and especially its quest.

Now it’s time to give the worgen community what it wants to make up for it:
Tails as a a custom option and straight male worgen are the most requested things left.

Oh having separate human customization with all the bells and whistles is a HUGE win
 for mainly role players.

Most people in this game are not role players. They won’t appreciate this change as much as Rp’ers do. Some will, most won’t.

You take this away and the only things we’ve gotten are more eye colors, fur options, and males finally have their facial hair/ears being separate options along with maybe 2 more ear options. No new hairstyles as of yet iirc for neither gender. No new female ears either. Only additions that are baseline to all races across the board.

Compare that to what the other races are getting
Necklaces, bracelets, body jewelry, headdresses, war paints, face shapes, make up, tail lengths/jewelry, accents in hair, orc postures, undead body state (bony/rotting/fresh dead), etc etc.

Worgen are now in a huge disparity as far as customization on the worgen form itself. I know that Blizzard are still working on everything but as it stands, worgen really haven’t gotten anything actually new and exciting in my eyes.

A tail option certainly would close this gap.

To be fair, it’s also the case with the pandarens so i guess that we have to wait and see.

Agreed. I don’t think they’ve gotten to them just yet but they are not forgotten!

I have a lot of hope that the devs are aware of threads like this one, and hear the players’ wishes for tail options!

Give worgen tails!

I don’t think you realize how often people have asked for height sliders. :smirk:

Yeah I spend approx 0 time in human form, half the time I forget that button even exists. There is no reason to press it, any time I do anything I get popped back in to the best version.

Hmm, just something I thought about

I would love to see a worgen-exclusive feature to the human form: Worgen bite scar options! Can be upon various locations of the body like on the arm, shoulder, leg, etc. Something to give RP’ers a little more flair and make their human form unique.

Elder Scrolls actually has this and looks really neat. Just a thought.

I would love that! Caelus has a gnarly scar on her hip. :sparkling_heart: But I would like to see antlers on druids first.

Yes, people have been asking for ogres and Vrykul.
And Blizzard has always ignored it.

But as someone once told me, people don’t ask for enough vrykul, that Vrykuls match the Horde more and Vrykuls detest humans. And after Blizzard invented Kultirans, it kind of sank the enthusiasm for the Vrykuls.

The same with ogres. There is a megathread on ogres in the forum.
I believe it has been active for two years ( Less than 1000 replies so far, while this on worgens and a tail was created in April this year and already has almost 2000 replies ) and people participate in it sasionally. The people I have seen moving the place is Bagzak (who being one of the coolest guys on the forum) who honors all topics that ask for some new race or customization.

He keeps his megathread in which he always suggests sauroks active with comments or issues related to our Pandaria lizard men.

No one speaking favorably about tails for worgen is to blame if people who want ogres are not equally willing to make themselves heard as much as those who have shown appreciation for vulperas/sethrak or who are asking for an optional cosmetic with an added lore included.

Each one can declare their interests and enlist supporters to show the players’ interest in something in particular.

And yet, that doesn’t stop people from asking for ogres or anything else.

Maybe people want others things, with more passion.

The point is that Warcraft worgs have tails because they are similar to wolves.
Goldrinn has a tail as it is a wolf.
Both worg and Worgen are related to Goldrinn.

The current Worgen, more like a worg trying to look like a human, than a human being similar to a Worg.

I believe that a tail would give the worgen a more feral atmosphere.

While I do somewhat see what you mean, I actually really like the suit on Racquel here, as you can see she’s wearing it in full. So maybe add a dress OPTION to it? Like how the Brewfest outfit comes in two varieties and can be worn by either gender.

Oh? We will have them separated so we can make our fur and hair options separate? Cause I hate that
I want my human side to have red hair of a certain style so currently that sets my worgen form too
Are you telling me SL will separate them finally??? Yass!!

Yeah. Full Worgen customization (face, fur, hairstyle, facial hair, ears, eyes), then click the Human portrait, and instead of seeing what the Human form looks like based in the Worgen options you picked, you literally get the entire customization suite Humans have. Including all the hairstyles and the like that Worgen have never had access to. My Worgen on alpha looks like this guy in Worgen form (except with the eye behind the patch actually blind, which is AWESOME), and the human form has the reddish brown hair, the Foxtail (Varian Wrynn) style, one of the new goatees, and the same eyes.

It’s awesome.
