Yup. Sheâs a secret quest you can find as part of the abomination factory thing. Once you turn her in to a zombie dog per her request, she follows you around. 
Also once again, sheâs a worgen that has a actual normal sounding voice, and not the chain smoking voice we have on our player characters.

Iâm just seriously hoping we finally get a actual yes or no answer once and for all. Literally no reason to just ignore all the questions. If they say no then hey, itâs finally mentioned, if they say yes, then awesome. Doesnât matter when, or if we will even get it in this expansion, at least now we know we will get it at some point, much like how we had to wait till BFA to get our new models when we were told way back in wod we would get it in Legion. Waiting is fine so long as we know itâs actually happening
Today is the day we may possibly have our voices heard. They mentioned alternative ways to ask questions outside of the Q&A link we had earlier in the week. Once it pops up, letâs ask on there and be double assure that our question is answered. Today is the day. Let there be tail!

Should there be worry that the leaks didnât show anything in regards to player customization?

The leaks only had keynotes of whatâs to come. The in between stuff such as systems, changes, updates, customization and such are still a mystery. Plus the real goal is the Q&A tomorrow where we finally get a answer on if we get tails or not.

Tbf the only thing that was leaked was the blue post that was most likely due to go up after the opening ceremony anyway. The deep dive is what to pay attention for.

Blizzard confirmed fel taint can fade. The new sunwell which is a mix of holy and arcane will start turning the green eyes blue and gold. I think the purple is just a variant on the blue.
Void elves can now suppress the voidâs effect on their physical body the same way alleria can.
Just like black humans they were always here lore-wise. Just not well represented. Just because something hasnât been seen before by an observer doesnât mean it doesnât exist. Or is pluto a retcon? Did pluto not exist before the 20th century when we discovered it? The reason we never saw them was gameplay not lore. Just because we never saw forsaken with intact skin/no exposed bones doesnât mean they didnât exist before the customisation was added.

I would love it if they announced it at Blizzcon along with cross faction play. Let me play my worgen druid with my horde pals

Some are allied with the Zandalari. When the Zandalari joined the horde thsoe sand trolls did as well.
Uh⌠have you never heard of hair dye? Honestly high colour should be a color wheel for all races.
Nothing against this in the lore? Elves having different shapes and size ears just like humans. That makes total sense. Again not reflecting in game due to limitation of customsiation.

More like not getting line of sighted by every small change in elevation and not sinking in every ankle deep puddle.
The point is that having wings would make orc not be orcs but something else.
A worgen is described as a wolf that walks like a man.
A tail wonât make worgen less of a wolf.
It will give worgen more customization options that we donât have now.
To give wings to an orc, would make them not be orcs.
This would change its forms to something that had nothing to do with orcs.
If someone asks for prey that is bigger or more highlighted for orcs, that will not stop them from being orcs. It will be just one more customizing option that the orcs would have at their disposal.
Worgen deserve to have more customization options to enhance their wolf appearance.

To be fair, we do have wing transmogs as a option. I see vicious blood thirsty orcs running around with cute little fairy wings all the time. Then again, thatâs just a change of clothing.
A tail would definitely be a option that will be a very welcome addition to the physical appearance of the race, doing like what you said, enhancing their wolf appearance. 
Also to the weird people that say âWorgens arenât actually wolf/canines.â, here you have Neena, a worgen who describes the curse being what she is, and wants a construct that will let her continue being what she is. And whatâs the form she picks for the construct? A zombie dog. xD Tail and all!
