Neither.
He is just a person in need of attention who wants to participate in a conversation about which he has nothing of value to add, nor to oppose with any argument.
But it serves to give a good bump, so it is not at all useless.

Wrong we want optional tails to make the core Worgen form look different from each other rather than just simple fur color. The original concept art for female Worgen had tails and looked much better than what we got. Then again we got the second worst model in WoWs history for 10 years.

tails have never existed on worgen in canon.
I can however refer you to other races that have tails in azeroth.

That’s nice so have anything other than 2 colored humans with no noticeable race, Blood Elves with anything other than green eyes, and the list goes on and on but its been said here over and over. So take your head out of your butt and realize that change happens and we want options for the race we play. If you don’t play Worgen you should leave the thread as options for races are what people want. If it is Lore you are worried about don’t worry the lore is long dead in favor of allowing the game to be customized in the name of fun. Or did you forget this is a game and should be fun?

You are reaching, your request is more like adding an extra arm for blood elves rather than eye color, otherwise I would complain about those every time they updated.
The classic worgen in silverpine to the cataclysm worgen of gilneas didn’t have it, so nobody ever should.

If prior lore is so straitjacket-restrictive, then there’re other options that could be used to open the option for tails. Gilneans are all about alchemy, so who knows what more eccentric Worgen might get up to with customization. Maybe they attenuate closer to whatever needs be attenuated with. Or hey, some DO have tails because some HUMANS have tails on occasion. After all, we’re shooting for parity here, right?

If there was actual lore about it, sure.
Perhaps that sludge Sylvanas poured on Gilneas made some defects.
