That too, plus its worse when it’s sheathed on the back. Elbows go completely through the sides of your shield. Like, completely up to your mid upper arm/forearm.

If that is one of the obstacles, I guarantee that I never wear covers.
I hide many of the items I use or use other models through transmog.
There are shorter models but still the solutions used for vulperas and tauren could also be applied to solve any problem of clipping with worgen related to covers.
I don’t use covers in any of my toons and I usually see a lot of players who don’t use them.

I love capes. If they clip a lot for some reason, or if the weapon clips a lot, NOPE.
For example, the Worgen heritage armor chest piece with virtually ANY cloak. Clips like crazy. I just don’t use it.

i wonder how that would look?
I actually kind of liked the pre-8.1 update for the Worgen male run compared to today’s. I bring this up because in that one, it seemed more lumbering than it is today, which is kind of cartoony goofy. And part of the lumbering appearance i liked was the hunch.
That said, I’d love the option. Has anyone done any mockups?

Human form don’t so why the clipping on Worgen… Oh what was that Blizzard you spent all of 2 minutes in MS paint on a HA set based off the pre-existing Dark Moon Faire Nobles outfit. Oh ok. And you use a tabard to have it show over the quote jacket part of the outfit… Ok.
Ps. In before I get banned again for hurting Blizzards feelings. Oh wait this is a Worgen thread I’m safe they don’t read this.

I don’t like to use cloaks because then I can’t see most of my character. I only use cloaks if they are really special, like this Dragonscale Backpack (Wrathion is very important to me), or the legendary cloak (because Wrathion gave it to me).
Regardless, cloaks are usually the last thing tails have issues with, actually. What’s done is an invisible mesh is added around the tail so cloaks sit on top of it.

Have you ever used a tabard with the Worgen HA set? The idea behind the outfit is its a jacket over a shirt. Well that’s the idea and Blizzard pulled it off on the Kul’tir HA just fine. But Worgen they had to do 2 outfits… How dare Worgen be unique in the game as the only shapeshifters who need 2 of every outfit we will show that race by just not giving a damn about anything we make for them.

Also quick funny thought for those who have never noticed it. Of all the racial cloaks that give rep for a faction which one is the outlier. Ill give you a hint. We talk about the race all the time. You see the racial cloaks are the longer cloak model on the other races except Worgen… Almost as if a tail was planned and it was known that a shorter cloak would stop clipping. Just food for thought.

I don’t use it because it clips everything, the flower is 2D, it doesn’t match my class thematically, and generally looks crappy.

Its crap a first year 3D design student who spent any amount of time on the project could do better. There were two unique looking fan made projects that blew what Blizzard did out of the water. Why to this day we got the 2 minute MS paint job still is bewildering.

Worgen is not saiajin Aunt Blizzard. you don’t even have to destroy one of Azeroth’s two moons. 
We can have a tail without the risk that it threatens Azeroth!

So we can see that since 2016 people suggest a better posture for worgen that would also correct problems found in the torax and give a better perception of height to worgen, making it higher.
To top it off, it would only be missing one tail and would be perfect with the new customizations added in shadowland.

I think I figured it out. The real reason Worgen aren’t getting optional tails is they look good with them and they are afraid Horde might want to play Worgen after 10 years of being the worst looking race in the game. News flash Blizzard it’s not going to change much at all Worgen are still the only race with unchanged racials so no real Min/Max player will use em. Just give us customization for our core form.

I mean I’d play my worgens a lot more. I’ve always loved my worgen even when they came out with that hot ugly mess in the beginning.
I’m just more of a fox at heart and and have a nice floofy tail on the vulpera really sold it.
Still love ya though worgens, keep being awesome.
