It’s time for Rogues to lose their monopoly on class based Lockpicking. I know that BS and Scribe can open boxes, but you have to actually be those professions you can’t just buy the items and open them yourself.

I’m Herb/Alch. I like being able to make my own flasks. Like hell I’ll pay 570g+ for a single flask that only lasts 1 hour lol.
And, like in D&D, smashing open a box can destroy or lower the ilv of what’s inside.
Engineering googles need buff / ability to upgrade to Raid quality gear again… also would like them to bring Cogwheel sockets back … and give them BFA procs XD “attaches Cog wheel socket to Googles” … insert Cog "Hidden Saw blades - adds + 20 int/str/agil stat and your Range/melee/spell attacks has a chance to Launch Saw blades at target doing X damage. "

Really wish the armory would update because right now just feels like I’m hallucinating.
It’s a problem Blizzard has. My character on Stormrage hasn’t been a Female Draenei for months and it still shows it as one. But under the name it says “Human Warrior” Of course when I put in a ticket I just got the usual copy paste “wAiT 5 MInUteS” response.
I’d have more use for a brez.
Rogue watches warrior bust open a lock box.
Rogue: “That’s not lockpicking.”
Warrior: “What do you mean, I opened the box didn’t I?”
Rogue: “Lockpicking is all about using finesse and delicacy to manipulate locked tumblers in such a way that they remain in the open position and allow you to flip open the box and gather what is inside to sell.”
Warrior: “Yeah.”
Rogue: “Well you smashed it with a hammer and now the box and everything inside is in about fifty million pieces all over the floor.”
Warrior: “The box can’t be closed if there is no box.”
Rogue: “This is why your intellect stat is greyed out.”
Rogues can keep lockpicking, no other class needs that ability.
If you want to open locks without going to a rogue, level blacksmithing/inscription to use the tools they provide or buy them from the AH.
By the way, the fact that keys/scrolls exist means that Rogues do not have a ‘monopoly’.
