During WOTLK glyph of penance enabled disc priests to move while casting it. At some point this was made a passive ability and the glyph was changed. So now disc priests are stuck with little mobility when healing in wotlk. Either give us back the glyph the way it was in wotlk or give us the passive ability please.
Im pretty sure you were never able to move with pennance in wrath. Youre thinking of cata i think
hmm I looked into it again and you are right, it was changed in panda. When i looked it up it said it was added in wotlk 3.0.1 and the title on wowwikki was glyph of penance with the description including the ability to move while casting. Looking into it further I wasn’t reading it correctly. Nothing to see here! my bad

We can move while casting PW Shield 
. Rarely use penance in anyway, let alone a ‘moving’ situation
