Seeing that the Haranir’s bear form is not actually a pangolin, it actually give me hope that we could get a [Mark of the Pangolin] so EVERY druid can use that form. Pangolins ARE in the game as we can see in the gameplay trailer and the Haranir’s form actually uses the same animation skeleton, so it would be super easy to implement a pangolin form for all druids.

Would be great to get some new glyphs for Druid forms. Maybe one that changes the single high light color on the FelBear from fel-green to fiery red, icy blue, and/or midnight violet.
Maybe another that changes the pattern of the tattoos on FelBear or the pattern of stripes on cat form.

The Haranir Druid’s Guardian Form is indeed a Pangolin.
It looks like it’s a mere were-bear from the website image, but that’s only one side of it…
Go to WoWhead “Beta” 12.0 Dressing Room, select Druid, (Alliance) Haranir and go to Bear Form from the circular icon selection list at the top.
Select Form 1 (Pangolin), rotate it with the Mouse Left-Click, and voila - there’s the tail… And it’s quite out there.
I love the form, it’s a were-bear-pangolin-bat-thing. I can’t define it, but I do love it.
I’m 100% swapping my Druid to Haranir. There’s so much customization, and they just look so great overall.

Yes! I hope so too, that would be really cool. Or something like the form drop things back in DF.

Seeing the new loa and that they do have the scaled version, I really really really REALLY hope they add a scaled pangolin form for all druids.
I’m surprised at how well the Pangolin form is being received and how many of my friends are saying they will race change to be able to use it.
A giant ant-eater just doesn’t seem that appealing to me. While I think new Druid races are a good thing, it seems less than healthy (for the game) to me that what Druids are most looking forward to in a new expansion is a race change.
I’ve been this character since vanilla (not always as a main). I have history with him and identify as Tauren. Just seems a new expansion should be more about (or at least be mostly about) new paths for growing existing characters.
What makes the Pangolin so attractive to you? Is it just that we’re all starved for new forms or does this form really speak to you?
For myself, it’s the vast customization options, it’s just jaw dropping good. Form wise, I like the wolverine cat and will def use that base form over the others. Really hope they do that with other race base forms. Stoat travel form is adorable af and blizz needs to make a large plush of it asap.
Regarding the pangolin scaled form, I just love pangys. Them and tree kangaroos are my top favorite animals so it’s just a personal preference. Although I am not a fan of the haranir bearcat being called a pangolin (and don’t consider it one), to me no scales = not a pangolin. However, as a bearcat, it looks pretty cool but ill probably still use my MT bear forms anyway unless we actually get a scaled pangolin form.
Lore wise, this character RP she is a half troll/half human so haranir is the closest I can get (finally normal feet!!). But I’ll still consider her half darkspear just better looking.

I would love an option to obtain a new, unique looking bear form.
Maybe [Mark of Pangolin] could be a reward from the Prey system?
