Blizz did a good job making the new UI stuff look great, but a lot of the older things like spell icons and old mouse cursors are low resolution and look a little janky in 4k compared to the rest of the game. Please update this stuff blizz. New stuff looks fantastic but the older stuff needs some love too. I can see the individual pixel blocks on these things and it looks like a NES mario levels
