Flower Crowns and Witch Hats are both generic enough to work in a fantasy setting without being directly associated with a holiday. That’s why those have been allowed year-round.

You know what doesn’t work year-round outside of fetish-wear? Bunny Ears.

I’m fine with this kind of thing staying holiday-specific. Keep a physical pair on hand if you want to wear it around Stormwind or whatever outside of the Holiday.
