Sometimes the raid leader just does not deserve to raid lead and hold us all hostage in a very good group that we don’t want to disband.
Then all leave and re-form? If the rest of the party is unwilling to give that much effort then the raid leader probably isn’t as bad as you think he is.

Raid leaders rule. Let them rule how they want. If you don’t like it leave. People leaving can be hurtful to a raid leader, especially if a lot of people leave…
Then all of you should leave that group. “Vote to kick” is only for queued content and should remain that way… it’s kind of ridiculous to ask for that thing that throws random players together to be applied to a pre-made group (which could be random strangers but they were selected intentionally by the group leader… so it’s not a a queue of randoms with no criteria but item-level).
I think they patched this out a long time ago but I really hated back in the day when a level 1 character could start a level 100 raid then once full hand off the raid to a tank or healer.

Leave, invite people to your raid. It’s a premade group, the leader’s in charge
Those that don’t wanna play with the raid leader can all leave n regroup on they own.
