You can stop this crapshow in the forums by simply actually COMMUNICATING with the players and giving us a TIME when the servers will be up. Instead, as always, it’s radio silence from you. Maybe if you COMMUNICATED with us instead of treating us like crap, people wouldn’t come down on you so hard.

They took a break to go play Stellaris. Servers will be back at 7:02.

Unless this was TOTALLY not ready, and they’re just sorta hoping for a hail mary, that’ll be ready at the last minute. (reserving the ability to make a retraction and have it ready TOMORROW… because what could anyone do anyway???)

Yeah the only thing that makes even a little sense (VERY little) is the theory that:
This is beta, after all. And they’re doing this on purpose to see what kind of numbers are hitting the login servers/ testing if they can handle it.
There is the SMALLLLLLEST amount of logic in that.
But because it’s so small, it ultimately feels stupid to me. You can get those metrics while still letting people log in. lol
