Make it happ’n, Cap’n.
I would have LOVED this as a Gilnean 5 passenger mount for Dungeon groups:
MMO mount?
what
The Gilnean Stagecoach would be THE ideal mount to get: a 10-seater dream that comes with customizability through the Rostrum System: allowing for Players to change it up in a number of ways: from altering its Roof Tiling, Luggage Rack, or what kinds of Lanterns one can hang off of it. To major changes like which of your collected Mounts you can assign to it’s Harness to pull it for you.
Naturally for the Harness option, there’s a few ground rules for what would constitute as a Mount to pull the Stagecoach with.
Rule 1: you can only have “Living Mounts” pull the Stagecoach: no Mech Suits, Motorcycles, Spider Tanks, or Tornado Elementals, etc. The only exceptions to the rule are Nighthold Infernals, Gnomish Mechanostriders, and Skeleton Horses.
Rule 2: your Mounts need to have a programmed Walk/Run animation for when they are on the ground: no Magic Carpets, Parrots, Ardenweald Moths, Pandaria Cloud Serpents, Jellyfish, Manta Rays, etc.
Aside from that, anything goes. The Harness option is split into three types where the number of Mounts that you can assign to pull the Stagecoach with is based on the actual Size of your Mount in-question minus its’ saddle.
Sturdy Harness: 4 “Small” Mounts (General Racial Mounts like Horses, Wolves, Hawkstriders, Nightsabers, Raptors, Mechanostriders, Unicorns, Talbuks, Foxes, etc.)
Reinforced Harness: 2 “Medium” Mounts (Yaks, Mushans, Riverbeasts, Bears, Rams, Kodos, Direhorns, Crocolisks, Elekks, etc.)
Industrial Harness: 1 “Large” Mount (Ironhoof Destroyer, Ohn’aran Mammoths, Gronnlings/Yetis, “Long Bois”, Nighthold Infernals, Snails, Krag’wa Frogs, Gorms, etc.)
However, this only just the tip of the iceberg for what a Gilnean Stagecoach Mount can really do…
As this is an MMO, every mount is an “MMO mount”. Although I’m still unsure what an MMO mount would be otherwise.
