I would love to have a built in way to reduce flanking strike cooldown like BM and MM have for some of their abilities.

i think frenzied strikes reduce the CD of flanking strike now
but that’s a weird interaction together
you need a cleave/aoe interaction to get value on a st ability
a better tie in would just make it so frenzied strikes reduces the CD of fs/wfb by like 1s every 30/40 focus spent

Agreed it is weird. I like kill command (not resets) reducing the cd of FS. It adds rotational value and makes us feel less bad about hitting Kill Command. Keep the frenzied strikes the same but add another 1point talent. SV needs more nodes.
