You can trinket a stun. Not the same at all! C’mon!
You can kite a shaman, come on now.
I concede most of the time combat is usually in BGs. So you would hope someone is smart enough to dispel. But, in terms of a 1 v 1 comparison, most classes have to sit and smile while sham launches a guaranteed crit. I think rogues are the only other class who has the option to deal a guaranteed crit. And Warriors with Recklessness, but both have to be within melee range of course.
Imo if you fight enhance just use rep, heal to bait trinket , if they trinket than HoJ.
Also don’t bubble low so you can heal, that’s bait. Bubble high and just pound them into the ground for 10 seconds. I can’t hit you to instant heal if you are invuln. And I can’t kite you if you are right on top of me.
At least we know Paladins are a hard counter vs Shams. xD But I’d rather both not be raging juggernauts who can delete someone. I want some chance at counter play lol.
Oh you mean kite the shaman who has the blessing of Freedom totem? Just stop it.
Just dispel the freedom, that’s about as good advice as,
Just use a trinket on a 5 min cd to counter the sheer amount stuns.
As a shaman, I don’t want to fight against other shamans. It’s op af atm.
what a wild concept.
Someone arrest this person!!!
You have never played a shaman and it shows. We have more buttons in our rotation than you have on your action bar.
I mean, I’m pretty sure there are technical reasons that make this type of change more work than devs are willing to do, not to mention that it isn’t clear how much of the playerbase prefers having faction identity via different classes, but those things aside, I’m curious if you’ve thought of any potential downsides to this.
For example, let’s say you are personally jealous of shamans, and now Alliance gets shaman, you still have to roll a shaman from scratch.
I’ve heard that Feral druids are not as desirable in raid groups on Horde due to enhance shamans bringing wind fury totems, would this sort of change impact Alliance feral druid enjoyers?
Anyway, why not just roll a shaman?

Dwarf shaman for SOD and Tauren Pally would be the type of SOD changes that are actually good.
Or, we could have another scuffed PvP event that devalues BGs to worthless.
Nerf em. Totem macro + LL = win
Tanks should not be outdps 60% of dps specs
Still showing that you dont understand how shamans work.
alliance shamans when? ready to throw down my decoy totem on my wildhammer dwarf in SoD
stupid post; give alliance shamans
Barely playable? Lava Burst is a gauranteed crit and Shaman have been the BiS tanks since the beginning
why would we give them something when they are blowing most classes out of the water?
stopping to wand the totem means you can close the gap easier
so stopping to wand 2 totems(decoy/grounding) is 3 seconds minimum of standing still
I dont really have as huge of a problem with ehn as I do with ele atm, Ele can power surge a lava burst for 1k or 2k with overload from 20yds
Yeah anyone except paladins/priests die in a single stun right now and that should be fixed everyone needs 100% more stamina in my OP
(if we add resilience its a priest meta all over)
dispersion needs a nerf for priests probably a longer cooldown, its nice to have a defensive but you shouldnt be able to use it every 2m considering their offensive capacity
dot everyone and dispersion lmao
probably 5m on that like paladin bubble, paladins are a defensive class which season of discovery promised to shake up
however they need melee range and can be cc’d by fear/stun unlike UD/orc
so every now and then they can bubble and reckbomb someone if they get in range and thats their big claim to fame rn, they are bad at everything else
shamans were NOT fun to level in p1.
