ferals are going to want to go for omen and furor and not lotp. (not pidgeonhole cats into lotp)
I was gonna suggest to swap pally horn of lordaeron to a 3% crit instead of the str/agi buff but then horde wouldn’t have same access.
Think rogue is the play to be able to offer this important raid buff and leather wearers enjoy p3 a bit!
