High elfs being the best and highest race should get pathfinder rank 2 when you create character as a racial ability. Please blizzard don’t blow this for me like you did with covenants.

Why would they give blood elves and void elves pathfinder 2?

High elves will get pathfinder rank 3. So high that it puts them in orbit, never to be seen again by us lower people.
