So I think it’s stupid to have refer a friend to give the nicest outfit to get whole collection while everyone has to suffer getting bunch of pets no one ever really uses and mounts no one ever will buy.
Mounts and pets are dumb at this point. It’s all same horses and birds and some sticks.
I’d like some modern clothes. Like butler suits, wedding dresses for both genders, mafia outfits, more qi baos, Yukata, jersey, caps, more fedora, junk yard shirts, hipster and hip hop culture clothes, adventurers clothes etc.
Blood Elves in mafia suits, night elf in rapper outfits, Taurens in wedding dresses and orcs in bunny suits.
Also I’d like some Overwatch/Starcraft/Diablo crossover outfits like Marine or Zealot transmog, Diablo crusader/DemonHunter/Barbarian transmog, Overwatch Hanzo/Genji/Reinhardt crossover transmog.
You know, this game, we’d like to look hip and cool. Other mmorpgs do the same. Ya dig?
I don’t think we need necessarily “modern” looking transmogs, but I’d definitely like some more casual options. Vanilla has a handful, but they’re all very low res at this point.
I think lore matters as well but a lot of the stuff they mentioned isn’t lore breaking. Goblins had a football team so jerseys would be sort of cute! We have entire groups of explorers and adventurers in the game like Nesingwary and the explorers league so having explorer clothes is a cool idea. We can sport archeology outfits without breaking lore I’m sure. Fishing outfits too. Hip hop clothes could be like crop tops. We could have normal shirts that could be like that.
Nothing wrong with having more starting zone looking items to use as normal transmog. Gilnean clothing, blood elven, and especially Pandaren starting outfits are really nice.
There are some npcs that have a mix of the clothes we cannot transmog to with what we can and it looks cool. The cooking supplies npc in dolannar is wearing a wedding dress top under another top that looks like a regular fancy top.
