Characters under level 10 can’t faction change, race change, server change, can’t have a wow armory, the only thing we can do is name change. I can understand about the wow armory page, there would be millions of level 1-9s just filling up the page (I’m sure yall could think of something though)
As for the characters transfers and such, It was added most likely to prevent bots and gold sellers 15 years ago, sure. Now adays theres a cap on how much gold you can transfer, you guys added in the wow tokens, no need to buy gold anymore.
Now for the arguments that will come in, “JUST LEVEL TO 10”
Some of us like to Twink in WoW, as for me I like to be a level 1 Twink, heres my twink.

I’m a little bit confused by your willingness to pay money for a process you could just repeat with 20 minutes by remaking your character.
And if so, why not just level up to that point and stay?

I have 56 days played on my level 1, I’d like to be off a dead realm on this toon specifcally.

Wait, is this about Classic or Retail? The Classic forums are that way if it is. 
Retail, clearly I can’t have my retail character as my toon showing considering under level 10. Like I stated.

Ah, but why stay at 1? “Twink” for what?
I can’t think of a purpose. I know there are reasons to stay at certain battleground levels, but I thought that was more like 19?
It takes a very short time to level to 10.
