I think it’s hard to change who is good at what when Resto Druids are basically Built for Dungeon related content. I guess my point would be how dramatic is the difference between the healers and how might you suggest to change that gap. I personally play Resto Druid. So I see what you are talking about. though I also believe a healer should shine in different situations. Whether its an encounter or a specific dungeon. I don’t agree with one Class being the best all-around.

Who cares? Run with a static team or your guild and it won’t matter. This game isn’t your job. You don’t need to care about what’s meta. Every class and spec is capable of successfully completing high keys.

Oh, I agree with you. But this clearly upsets a portion of the players. So why not see if there is a fix to it other than mindsets.

Well, holy paladin was the best healer for the last 2 expansions.

Let druids live

Aren’t all of the super duper high keys being pushed by Hpals?

So what? Let the min/max meta people cry as they try to pug. It’s their fault for trying to pug high keys.

A fix? Yeah. Nerf them into the ground and piss off a lot of people. Or do what I said: play what you want with a static group and it won’t matter.

Realistically, how do you make Resto NOT one of the best healers in M+?

It’s a HoT healer and Druids have for almost a decade been known for their utility in spades. HoT healers tend to be insanely efficient when there are fewer targets to maintain HoTs on, utility is heavily favored in dungeons, and because of how efficient HoT healing tends to be Resto Druids have plenty of opportunities to focus more on doing damage.

How do you make them less-desirable in M+ without fundamentally destroying their identity?

I worry with the amount of people leaving and people quitting that the mentality of let them cry doesn’t help.

No one is quitting because of resto druid. LOLOLOLOL

There are other things people are complaining about louder than about druids being too balanced.

As others have said, our kit just works best for dungeons. You would have to fundamentally change how Resto Druids work to stop that. Our mastery, our spells, our utility, it all shines in a five man environment.

Meanwhile, we aren’t great in raid. Haven’t been for a while, that’s been dominated by Priests and Paladins. Beyond that, it’s more the meta chasers that this affects. If you run with a group/guild, I’m sure you can play whatever you want to succeed.

Oh yeah we are terrible in raids. Takes alot of effort and gear to be up there

Not for group content…but why do you think I swapped to Rdruid main, lol?
it gets all the advantages no matter what youre playing.
Give the thing a good interrupt and theres no reason to play anything else…ever.

That is the price we pay for a true death Ursoc.

May he rest in piece. F

I seriously hope your joking… Holy Paladins have been horrible forever.
