Give me one good reason why I should be helping these mangy dogs get their city back

Like I get that the Scarlet Crusade is everyone’s problem. But the worgen have never been anything but hostile to the Tauren. I have no incentive to help them get their city back. There is no reason Horde lives should be lost over this.
Just let us sit back and watch. If the Gilneans succeed and kill all the Scarlet Crusaders, fabulous. If they fail, then we’ll go in to finish off the Scarlet Crusade while they’re weak and thank the Alliance for their sacrifice in softening them up for us.
Would save a lot of Horde lives that way.

Agreed. I don’t care if they get their city back.

However, when I log on my worgen I care. FOR GILNEAS!

For the loot, gold, and hopefully little pets/mounts.

The Alliance don’t want their pets anymore so they’re putting them back where they found them. Idk why we have to get involved.

As a Forsaken though, I’m going there for the Scarlet buffet. I will not tolerate however, Worgen stealing my kills or putting their fleas in my food.

It doesn’t make a lot of sense. I know, Calia single handidly ruined faction identity because of her need to be loved by everyone and everything, but I literally don’t care if the Worgens exist, let alone if they get a capital city back.

Now, if the Worgens were Horde, which would have been more interesting (and made no sense) then I’d care. But they’re Alliance and I’m Horde, and I don’t care about the Alliance races or sub-factions.

Oh, and to be fair, the Scarlet Crusade has been trying to exterminate the Forsaken for a very long time, the Alliance has NEVER tried to help the Horde or the Forsaken with this issue.

Could you imagine if a state from the US went rogue and declared war on a foreign country? The US would do everything in their power to try to stop them, and then afterwards they’d be helping rebuild and make amends… this has never happened and will never happen because the Alliance are almost exclusively self interested. To add onto that, the Forsaken exist because the Alliance mishandled, literally everything leading up to WoW. Arthas, an Alliance character, tried to exterminate entire populations, and not one word from Humans, except to treat Forsaken like scum.

So, Blizzard, why should I help the Alliance with anything?

You might get a cool transmog, which we all know is the real endgame.

Nah im on your side just dont do it. Its side content anyway.

You know, thinking about it, I don’t think we’ve had any canon interactions between the tauren and the worgen that isn’t Cenarian Circle stuff. Granted, that’s kind of mostly because both races have been largely ignored lately. Genn and Baine get a line or two every now and then before getting put back in the timeout box, and Celestine and Hamuul are off doing Druid Things :tm:, but that’s…basically it since Cata for Worgen.

I’d actually kind of assume they’d mostly get along if not for Sylvanas’s…everything. Same with the Vulpera for the most part.

Because if you don’t, these “Mangy” dogs might just decide they like the taste of Tauren.

It’s like people don’t know what a teambuilding exercise is.

This and Undercity are shows of cooperative spirit meant to soften hatreds and bolster relations between the factions.

This wouldn’t be necessary if races weren’t hard-tied to faction allegiance, but hey thems the breaks.

Youre both druids?

Eh? When did Worgen purposely go after Tauren? And any Worgen and Tauren druids would be getting along just fine.

That’s what I was thinking.

Only reason I am going to support the flea bags is so I can lord it over them that an undead needed to help them reclaim their home. …selflessly I might add, seeing I have no home too.

Selfless undead sexy helpful awesomeness.

You’re welcome.

The headcanon a buddy and mine have for this character is that he low-key ended up falling for a tauren druid he met in Hyjal, even, and didn’t realize it until said druid vanished during the Siege in Mists. Because I’m cruel to my OCs.

Hey, I helped Calia and your council people clear the surface of Lordaeron city, and it wasn’t the worgen who took Undercity from you, it was Sylvanas. Who also took Gilneas from us. Just in case you were keeping score at home.

Yeah, well it was the UNDEAD that ruined their home, you guys should go clean up your mess, then get out of undercity.

Uh, we destroyed it for a reason. Not our fault the dogs are unable to hold a hammer to fix their own home. If the free labor of the Horde isn’t good enough then go get ripped off by a contractor like everyone else.
