I keep seeing so many posts about Mages not doing enough damage

From my emprical observations, Marksmen Hunters do a good amount of damage, and they have Guns

Gives Mages a Gun

Imagine interupting a fireball and the Mage responds by pulling out their concealed carry pistol, which would be usable as it is within a different school of magic

You know what? I’m an engineer…I would love to make off-hand pistols for people, even if they’re cosmetic. That would be cool.

Yes, but all mage guns have to look comically realistic. Like straight up ripped CoD assets.

(In all seriousness, i support having more classes should use ranged weapons. It feels a little goofy for 2 specs of 1 class to get three whole weapon types to themselves)

…I mean a wand is literally just an enchanted piece of Star Wood, theoretically you could incorporate that into the barrel in the same way a bayonet is a knife incorporated into a gun’s barrel
