I vote just delete Void Elves instead.
The only human model, I’d even be slightly interested in is the skinny Kul’tiran model using the Undead Skeleton. Otherwise hard pass, humans are boring.
I don’t play a fantasy game to play as what I already am IRL.

How about undead get a quest to grow back missing skin. They just need to look like death knights etc.

Chucking the faction divide might be an interesting thing to try though. Good orcs running around northshire abbey helping fight off the bad orcs, desegregate the inns in Dalaran, etc.
