With the new expansion coming out I would love to see my favorite spec (feral) get back some of the old things that made it feel unique and fun. Things like faerie fire, berserk giving a fear immunity and healing touch… But above all I would love nothing more then to get mangle in cat form back. This was always my favorite ability.

I share your sentiment and love of old Feral.
But I feel Swarm basically provides a very similar kind of effect through a DOT you keep up, while being somewhat similar thematically to faerie fire (in that its a kind of hybrid spell). I wouldn’t complain if they brought Mangle back as well though!
Healing Touch is long gone for all specs, and beyond nostalgia, I’m not so sure if there’s really anything interesting about the spell, given its just a flat heal.
Fear immunity Berserk I miss.

Nourish is the new HT. Aside from kaelthas in CN don’t think anyone used it. So…. Why would we need HT back?

mangle was only used to buff bleeds. (which is now baked in). Outside of maintaining a buff, the only time we ever used it was when we couldn’t shred due to positional requirements. Shred no longer has a positional requirement, so there is no reason to use mangle. It did less damage than shred.

Berserk should be renamed to ‘slightly agitated’
It’s was trash until sickle, it still is trash for a 3 min CD as far as the benefits while it’s up are. The removing fear component needs to definitely make a return for this ability to be good.

PLEASE bring back Faerie Fire . Watching rogues dominate AWC right now is just wild. We needd to put them back in their place.

its not entirely about it just being overpowered, its about it being very low risk, very very high reward type of thing. it doesnt reward better play, it just kinda makes the spec less skilful to play well.
which is something we ferals do not want.
and feral was talked about as broken last season a decent amount. kyrian kittycleave was wildly strong and was part of theconversation often. jungecleave too, but more about how unkillable feral was before they nerfed regen
They can add a CD to it after each use, so that way it’s not able to be spammed?
