The transmog complaint is valid. But since female dragons/dragonkin are identical in their true forms the other complaint is not. You have visage form for your sexual dimorphism.

Engine has been updated to support dx12 and raytracing. It is more a lack of understanding that character creation is more important these days then most things. Feeling a personal connection to your avatar is number one for most players now in online games. Next is usually players housing. Two things they have skipped on.
