And if you want a feminine appearing dragon you can adjust body size, you are stuck with the voice though so a male sounding dragon can’t have a female visage.
Which is why I ended my comment with saying that I think my issue is more with the dracthyr model’s relationship with visage form and how limiting visage form is, especially after getting the whole “think deep on how you want to appear” etc speech.
Not just gender either. Being locked into elfy thing is so sad when other dragonkin are running around as humans/elves/gnomes/tauren/trolls/vulpera/whatever they feel most represents them.

Honestly, with how they changed the lore of the visage form, it should be any race.

How dare people point out a simple fact of biology and the canon fact that dragons (of which dracthyr are essentially miniature, bipedal versions of) don’t have mammary glands in their true forms! I’m being harassed! You get breasts in visage form, so stay in that if you demand to see breasts on your model all the time. If you want to see reptile people with boobs deviantart is available.
