Better idea, you drop this bad idea and let things be.
If you want to be able to tell the difference between male and female dracthyr, try asking for ways non-mammals would do it, like plumage, frills, etc.

I think the design choice was to base them off of reptiles, and those donât have mammary glands. They can get breasts with their visage forms though.
Well, both body types 1s and 2s like boobs. Boobs are awesome.

I am the ugly Dracthyr that Neltharion never wanted. He put me aside as a maintenance worker while all the other Dracthyr learned how to be soldiers.
As soon as I learned visage form, I am pretty. In my Dracthyr form I am ugly.

This right here shouldâve ended all topics like boobs for Dracthyr. The tails request has going on for years and clearly will never happen. There is no chance Blizzard will give Dracthyr boobs either.
Those that want these things are clearly the minority or Blizzard wouldâve done it by now. I love having more options since it creates variety but it wonât happen.

There is no such thing as female dracthyr. Only body type 1 or body type 2

Agreed. Blizzard was lazy when designing this race. Literally cannot tell the difference between male and female dracthyr in the game world, though that seems to be a running theme in dragonflightâŚ

Dragons are not mammals and donât produce milk. So they wouldnât have boobs in their normal reptilian form.
The human form has boobs because humans have boobs. They are however presumably entirely aesthetic and non functional.
Worgen have boobs because Worgen started as humans and they do produce milk to feed their babies.
I mean sure. It is entirely possible that the Visage is an actual transformation and all parts are entirely functional, so a reptile transforms into a mammal. A cloaca designed to produce or fertilize eggs transforms into the other species organ. The reptile gains milk ducts. It is possible. But I doubt it.
