It’s the same skin that our boy Thassarian is sporting:
When combined with the innately glowing eyes that Death Knights get, it looks freaking perfect. I’d certainly have a preference for a different Face option (the eye markings are cool, just prefer a different face structure), but the option is iconic to all things related to the Scourge, AND would really compliment the color of a lot of DK armor.
Frankly, the “undead” skin options that Human DK’s get are… bad. They all have a greenish hue, and two of the face options are literally the exact same, just lifted eyebrows.
In any case, it’s a skin that just screams “Death Knight” and it would be great to finally get the option after all these years.

I agree. There are several DK skins that would make great mogs. I don’t even play DK.

To be honest, I think DKs and Warlocks and SPriests should also be able to use this customization.
Maybe even Frost Mages, lol. I wish it could be class/spec-specific.
Cult of the Damned, bro.
I mean, you could be an Undead Night Elf Druid right now- the white skin/red eyes Night Elf skin isn’t class-specific.
I suppose that’s fair. Although the actual Dark Ranger transmogs were indeed Hunter-only, as I think they should be, and DK’s do have exclusive skin colors besides.
I actually could also see it being used as a unique customization option for Undead Death Knights. Despite being arguably the most “canon” race for a DK to be, they are the only race that never received DK-only cosmetic options. Would be cool as a long-overdue option, if they were able to actually reclaim a more human-looking option. Which makes some lore sense, as it’s far more likely they would’ve been raised immediately during Arthas’ first campaign to Lordaeron as a Death Knight himself.
