All races need facial hair! and good options you can legit take this mustache I have on my human and slap it on every single race in the game and i will be happy.
Facial hair is the single most important thing on a male character in my opinion and the more options we have to look fancy the better.

Dwarf Females, Undead Males, Troll Males, Nightborne Males, and etc should 100% get beards too. But mostly the horde atleast in terms of the Undead and Trolls.
