WW monk here, and it is absouletly crazy how i get rejected from 40 groups before getting 1 all because they want a class with lust. they dont care if its hunter, mage, shaman or evoker. they would literally take any of the 4, no strategy, no sync, simply for the lust. i pretty much only que for melee comps because a ww in a wizard build is just not happening. but lets say a prot warrior, frost dk, ret paladin and rest druid need 1 more dps. they will take a fire mage (currently just ran into the dirt) over a ww monk who gives them all a damage buff for the lust once every 10 minutes. and in reality its more like 2 or 3 uses per m+ run it completely removes any non lust specs from even getting to play the game.
do we really want a game, where of the dozens of playable specs, only like 10 are ever seen? do people actually like only seeing 10-12 specs in a season? thats boring to me and means you have to change mains every season just to play the game.
so blizzard give every class a lust. so everyone can actually play this game
First of all, you’re getting declined for one or both of two reasons, and neither has anything to do with lust. You’re either applying to keys you don’t have timed, or your class or spec is not perceived as good right now. And even if it’s the latter, your score will still get you in most of the time.
Edit: looked at your profile and I’m exactly right. You’re probably applying to 13s and think you’re getting declined because of lust. I’m a freaking healer and I still get declined for any key level I’m progressing if I don’t have at least 5 of the dungeons timed at that key level.
I think every group should auto have access to lust and brez, but I understand that it would drive the game further toward class homogenization. I think a good alternative would be to make drums give the same haste buff as lust so those that don’t mind the gold cost can always have lust. They are already heading in that direction with brez by allowing everyone to have access to jumper cables.

But all that aside, for M+ and delves and sometimes, yes even raiding — Everyone already CAN get lust …
There’s an item you can buy, Thunderous Drums, which provide a 15% Haste increase to all party and raid members for 40 seconds. Now whilst it’s not 30% — Having Blizzard simply update that item to such, through decent means (whether difficult or under certain conditions) would be a possibly ideal scenario.
That all being said however,
Personally I don’t think other classes should get access to other classes big unique abilities.
Not every class SHOULD be made equal, with access to all measures of defences, utilities and so forth … Because it’s a part of what makes them unique.
Honestly, I’m quite sick of this notion that every race, class & faction needs some form of equal counterpart narrative piece or gameplay ability to others and they all need to be flatlined equal — It’s tiresome … Not to mention incredibly boring, lol
Nah they should just give Warriors lust. That would help monk more than you think and Warriors need more to bring to groups since they have next to no utility.
Just join a group that already has a lust? I’ve gotten rogue, warlock, DH, resto druid and disc priest up to 12s through pugs this expansion and none of those classes have lust.
