fdk 2h already has 2 runes… I dont think u understand how big MoTFW is for 2h… worth more than any rune we have…

100% this. The only issue is not having Hysteria so 2h can’t play Breath but other than that, the lack of a 2nd runeforge is completely irrelevant within the current tree design.

Pretty much. Hysteria doesn’t give value to 2h due to resource overflow and criminally low base damage rendering Frost Strike a buff maintenance button instead of a resource dump, and there are multiple ways to generate Razorice stacks in the talent tree. Realistically, a second runeforge would go towards Unending Thirst, and I just don’t see Unending Thirst as all that desirable from a design level. Frost already has too many non-interactive and semi-interactive buffs, and a 10% haste proc isn’t something I’d really consider a healthy addition to the spec.
