I am a returning player. I can’t find Lord Greyman, the Gilneas Quartermaster near the Stormwind Embassy
I Boosted a Worgen DK to 70, did the Reclaiming Gilneas, as well as the Battle for Lordaeron Scenario; but still could not find him in his regular spot, near the Embassy.
I went to the new Night Elf capital, and found their Quartermaster, but could not find one for Gilneas.
As a level 70, I can’t time travel to the old Darnassus. After level 60, you can not use Chromie or Zidormi for time travel
How to I get a Gilneas tabard now?
Why not?
Take the portal on Stormwind Pier.
Go talk to Zidormi, on the road south from Lor’danel. She will be on your map as a speech balloon. Ask her to show you Darkshore as it was.
Then just fly across to Darnassus.
Because after level 60, you are not allowed to use Chromie or Zidormi anymore
I use Zidormi all the time at level 80, and used to last expansion when I was 70.
Zidormi is available to anyone high level enough to enter the zone.
I don’t know how you did it. Ive tried multiple times, and then looked it up. You’re not supposed to be able to use it after level 60. Just google it, man
Per AI/Google
“No, you cannot use Chromie Time once your character reaches max level, as the feature is designed for leveling between levels 10 and 70. Once you hit level 71, you are automatically removed from Chromie Time, but you can briefly re-enter by using [Party Sync] with a lower-level friend still in Chromie Time.”
Edit:
When I try and use Zidormi from Darkshore, she does not offer the option. However, someone mentioned that I may need to advance BfA to get her to work. So, I am going to try that
This is incredibly tedious. Blizzard should just use non-story NPCs as faction reps at the Embassy. It would make sense, since its an embassy, and they would always be there regardless of the story.
Edit 2:
That worked. I did the intro quest for BfA, and that unlocked her ability to send me back to the past. I was able to go back to old Darnassus and get the tabard

Zidormi is not Chromie, and Zidormi changing zone phasing on request isn’t timewalking.
And Google AI is wrong even when it’s not lying.
Did you read the above? Yes, I know the difference, and its already solved.
I’m sorry; I should have thought of that. Now that new players are directed to Dragonflight instead of BfA, it’s a pitfall.
The whole phasing thing in the game is troublesome. I understand why it’s necessary, but it really could use some improvements.
I’m glad you found your way, though!
