From what I was told if you have at least a 619 in all slots you should be able to purchase gilded crests. I have the required levels but not able to trade up with any vendor that has crests. Help! TYIA
Vaskarn is the crest trader in Dornogal, next to the upgrade NPC.
619 in every slot includes 2 rings and 2 trinkets.

You need a 2nd caster DPS trinket, swarmlords is not on the warlock loot table (tank trinket), so it doesn’t count.
