There seems to be no way to contact the Shop concerning special offerings. I submitted a ticket and received a response that in no way answered the concern. Either the ticket was not read or it was simply rubber stamped with a response.

I was interested in the Ultimate Cuddly pack you have offered on the Blizzard sign in page. Unfortunately I have absolutely no idea what is being offered. The promo says there are 21 pets being offered yet there are only 20 in the photo with no list whatsoever of the specific pets. So trying to compare it to the actual pets I have already purchased is not possible. I was able to find a list on a fan site but it shows only 20 as well. I checked all against my current list of purchased pets only to discover that I have all 20 and still no idea what the 21st pet is. The list price is $210 but my price is only 68.99. So what would I be purchasing for that 68.99? Why are you going to such lengths to obfuscate the offer? This is not as much as an ultimate Cuddly pack but the ultimate taking advantage of your player base.
Then insult to injury trying to submit any feedback is very difficult.

I am still curious as to why the specifics of the offer, ie what you are getting compared to what you already own and to exactly what it is your purchasing. If the goal is to get players to spend hard earned money then that should be a priority.
