As the title says, I have had over 600 stacks of rising rage during multiple mythic dungeon runs and if im lucky, I may have 1-3 procs of fury of urctos- a lot of times 0. Rising rage almost never reaches 30 stacks because they end up falling off. I noticed the stacks falling off out of combat way before the timer is up. I also noticed stacks falling off during a pull when a group member takes damage. It’s extremely frustrating because the trinket sims so good. The hotfix from last week that supposedly addressed the issue did not fix anything. Please fix this blizzard. This trinket has the potential to be a top performer, but in its current state it’s pretty much useless.
