The blunders continue this patch for you guys.
Removing a major upgrade people were looking forward to for alts the entirety of this timegating and it’s removed without communication. Nothing at all.
What was genuinely the point of the 3 weeks of timegating if Gift of the Titans wasn’t going to be made available?
Pre-emptive bad decision to remove something, which can be patched in later to “fix” the obvious problem? And/or a lazy way to increase the longevity of the content?
It is something of a trend, really. First 1-3 weeks are bogged down, patch obvious fix in later.
They definitely didn’t announce it, but you could see at launch it wasn’t on the tree.

Communication remains bad on Blizzard’s end but it’s not like there was anything showing it would be here today when it wasn’t yesterday

Through the Looking Glass is being completed now, and Dastardly Duos is out.
They’re not going to bother doing anything for HVs from this point forward.
It’s not needed and never really mentioned it was happening

Long time ago when I used to play dark age of Camelot. Our community manager was an awesome person who would try to get questions that we had answered from the devs. She was a very active with the community. We had a Friday grab bag in which submitted questions were pulled and answered.
It was really nice to get actual questions straight up answered. Sanya Thomas if you out there hopefully you are doing well where ever you may have landed.
I wish these devs and CMs we’re more involved with communication.

Umbric is a pain though when you class lacks decent interrupts, but one can always abuse the brain-dead AI.
To make sure you kept playing instead of completing everything on day 1 and raid logging for the rest of the event.
