Gift of N'Zoth resolution?

With BfA concluded now with no 8.3.5 coming and N’Zoth seemingly killed at the conclusion of the raid, what’s the resolution for those of us who’ve kept the Gift of N’Zoth?

Didn’t Blizzard say there’d be a payoff?

Personally I was hoping we’d get a cool title or something, but the extremely cool “Servant of N’Zoth” title has (sadly) been allocated to PvP which not everyone does.

Has there been any mention as to what the choice to keep the Gift will result in?

Oooo someone else who has theirs! I rarely see anyone with it on, and I was wondering the same thing, if there was any update on whether or not there will be something at the end.

I’ve had that thing on so long, even went and got the servant title to match

Better not turn out like that whole sylvanas loyalist thing, aka nothing

Another who kept his gift. my entire raid removed theirs and it made me sad. I hope they pay it off.

That’s why I was hoping keeping the Gift would give a payoff like the “Servant of N’Zoth” title and was disappointed to learn that specific title is a PvP reward, and not just any PvP reward. Kill 10 enemy without dying then kill 10 of your own faction without dying?!

I’d love to get the Servant title but unfortunately I suck at PvP so that’s not going to happen.

Hit and run, do not fight fair

Good place to get your assassin is around turtle dailies cuz people gotta stand around afk for a few seconds after completing the quest

Appreciate the thought but it still requires one to be even passably decent at PvP and I am not :frowning:

The resolution is the same as always, completing the quest to get the gift of nzoth toy_( like the rest of us did.)

A blizzard person just hinted at the possibility of something , which obviously never happened.

No, that’s the resolution if you choose to remove the Gift.

Blizzard said there will be a payoff for those who chose to keep the Gift, but BfA’s over, N’Zoth’s apparently dead, and there’s been no payoff.

Does anyone know what the final phase in mythic is going to add

I’d appreciate a source of Blizz saying there’s some sort of payoff. I don’t recall seeing anything of the sort.

My shaman’s awesome mog is being ruined by the big eyeball he refuses to rid himself of. I have no intentions of removing it out of principle.

Re-reading that again, it seems like it’s just certain story and gameplay aspects that are different if you kept the Gift.

If that’s really all it is, that’s a very anti-climactic payoff. Combine that with the extremely disappointing ending to BfA (and the cancellation of patch 8.3.5) and I feel Blizzard should give the “Servant of N’Zoth” title to all who kept the Gift.

Plus, it still leaves the question of how N’Zoth’s Gift remains after his death?

It’ll probably just be like a thing you can have and have it as long as you dont remove it

Do it in nazjatar during a faction battle thing and just hide in base tagging people. Then ask some people to feed you kills on your own side. I see a ton of people just asking for free kills and people seem to respond

Y’all are in luck. Having it was gonna delete your character when we heroes killed N’Zoth but it didn’t.

You’re welcome <3

8.3.5 was cut.
They are going to try to get Shadowlands out as soon as possible since it’s already lagging behind previous expansion development cycles.
There’s no one working on BFA anymore.

I’m asking a legitimate question. Your sad attempt at trolling isn’t needed.

The person responsible for completing the gift of n’zoth storyline was fired. The person who’s job it was to replace that guy is also fired.

This is all I can figure because they were teasing SO HARD that there was something behind keeping it and now all of a sudden nothing said one way or the other ever again.

You have gotten a legitimate answer already. It won’t carry though, that gift is Crucible of Storms content.

A tee shirt with an upward facing arrow that says “I kept the gift and all I got was this awful mog”.
