If we start with at least patch 2.4, then yes, it will become instant when talented. If we use 2.3 and earlier then no

Ghost wolf is trash after Vanilla tho. It’s all about druid flight form from TBC on.
All the herbs will be farmed by bots anyways so flight ain’t important.
Not for PvP healing. Ghost wolf with the one second cast time continues to help me get away from those MS warriors.

Probably 20 accounts. Botters cannot get enough botting with 10. They need to screw over every server, not just half of them.
