I tend to use my ghost wolf more than my mounts anyone else do this ?
I have it glyphed with spectral ghost wolf
Havent tried any of the other glyphs
If you’re not riding your dragon I suppose ghost wolf is better. I mean it’s not as fast as a ground mount but the instant cast makes it better in many instances. Obviously if you end up moving on the ground for a lengthy period of time a mount is better but I don’t find myself doing that too often where mounts are allowed.
I absolutely do this all the time, the second combat ends im in ghost wolf unless I need to fly

Since I can’t use mounts I use ghost wolf all the time, plus it can be used while in combat to get away even quicker.
Unless I need to fly, I ghost wolf all the time. It’s one of my favorite things about shaman. In SL, my ghost wolf speed was nearly ground mount speed (190%) with speed gems, talents, and speed gear. In BGs, I loved keeping up with mounted players while in ghost wolf.
I’m looking to build another speed set in DF.
