First of all I am a returned player. I started playing in 2020 then stopped playing in 2021. I recently decided to return to play with a couple of friend that stayed as active players. I bought myself a subscription and now all I have encountered has been technical problems first the disconnect every 5-10 seconds. And today the battle net app says I got no internet, yet I am connected via web browser writing this message. I don’t know what is up with Battlenet launcher. Looks like a lot has changed since I stopped playing. It might have gotten worse. I will request a refund if I am unable to play . I know my computer is not the problem I have 4090 nvidea and my internet is working fine. Very very disappointed in blizzard, 
Sounds like maybe a firewall issue. What kind of internet are you connecting from? Defiantly could be something blocking your connection, your video card though would not affect this.

Definitely firewall blocking WoW.exe from using internet. Fix that and you should be fine
How old is your CMOS battery?
Happens to me as well. Not every 5-10 minutes but at random. I’d be minding my own business and then bam, disconnected from the game a short later disconnected from battle net until it reconnects me. It doesn’t happen that much but it has been happening ever since this expansion launched.
I was able to fix the crashes, but now I have another problem blzbntbgs80000011 error message. This just keeps getting better and better.
I was getting disconnetcs every 10-15 mins, 4-6 times during a delve. This morning I launched WoW and then closed the Battlenet app and it seems to be working for me. Over 2 hours and no dc yet.
