Just recently faction/race change to undead. Been playing this game since BC. Undercity is stuck in a phased zone from BFA. Can’t do anything but hearth out. Any way I am trying to get to the old Outlands not Draenor. How do I get there from Org? Like…is this what the Horde always experience? Just absolutely awful ability to navigate the realms? Doesn’t feel that hard on Alliance. Anyways how do I get there
Zidormi is outside somewhere. She can set it back to old undercity.
Oh and there should be a Shattarath portal in the downstairs of the portal room in orgrimmar.

Yea she isn’t showing for me. I researched it for a while I guess it’s bc I didn’t play BFA on this character
Hmmm that’s odd I can do it on non BFA characters. Maybe it’s an account wide thing and you need to do the horde campaign?
Anyway if you enter the portal room in org, turn left and there will be a stair case down to the 2nd floor. I think Shat and another older area are down there. Caverns of time maybe?

Fly to Blasted Lands. Make sure you’re in the old BL (if Khadgar and Thrall are at the portal you’re in the wrong phase).
Fly thru the Dark Portal > Outland.

Dark portal leads you to draenor not old outlands
At least when this happens to a forsaken, zidormi is in the same zone, whereas for night elves she’s in darkshore lol.
Dark portal in the warlords phase leads to draenor. Dark portal in the pre-draenor phase leads to outland. If you’re gonna try to correct someones post maybe try reading the whole thing first.
Have to go to the northern bit of the blasted lands and speak to the dude there. He will revert the zone to pre-warlords for free. Tips are appreciated.

I had that happen to me on one toon. Went to Undercity, it’s the wasteland version, cannot find Zidormi so that I can do the Midsummer thing.
Had the same problem in Arathi, she’s just not there, though I did read I need to do BFA to see her there with that toon.
It would be nice if she always showed and had a tip to what is needed so that she’ll help you. But that would require a level of mindfulness on Blizzard’s part that they have never had.

Probably that HMP always whining about the Horde.
Mayhaps they feel betrayed at OP crossing over?
The hallways monitors have to keep it safe for us and make sure they expend the daily allotment of flags.

Like I said, you are in the wrong phase. The current timeline send you to Draenor. Talk to Zidormi in the Blasted Lands and you’ll be phased back to the previous version, and that Dark Portal takes you to Outland.
