Hey I am on the Horde and I have no idea of how to get to Pandaria, or start it’s Quest-line. I have a 31 Undead Warlock & a 28 Blood Elf Paladin, and there is no “The Art of War” Quest to accept, and the portal is inaccessible. Any help please would be appreciated.

Next time you get stumped, go to wowhead, icy veins, or Youtube they usually can answer any questions, you will need them. Start at Ogrimmar gates take path to the left, up the ramp, take left and threw the gates, and to left by the fire, is where Chromie is. small Gnome.
SW corner of Org, on the upper level. Right near the Org embassy. You may be able to ask a city guard, too, and that should mark it on your minimap.
Find chromie in orgrimmar and select mist of pandaria and it will give you a quest to get started.
Chrome is near the Orgimmar Embassy.
