A year ago, I partially went through Zandalar as Horde.
Now on Alliance (level 63), after getting the necklace and the three Kul Tiris factions to friendly, which should pop up Uniting Kul Tiris on the ship in the harbor in Boralus (if I’m reading an online guide correctly). Instead, the quest on the ship stays stuck on Zandalar even for the Alliance characters. How do I break free and get to the Uniting Kul Tiris quest on the Alliance side?
If you haven’t already, try doing the 3 foothold quests to unlock travel to the horde continent. This is required for your first character through the content before Uniting Kul Tiras will show up.
Faction changes can cause weirdness, so first do any quests that are offered on the boat. If after that you still can’t get Uniting Kul Tiras to pop up, then something might be bugged with your character and you’ll need to put in a ticket.
