I just renewed my subscription after being away a few months. Home page comes up and when I hit play all I get is the audio of the startup. Home page stays and all options are frozen. To get out I have to ctrl/alt/delete. tried to reach support, but no luck. Need help, not very tech, older player.
You can try running the repair tool, otherwise your only real option is Tech Support. Returning player is a very low traffic forum generally for questions about gameplay itself, not really tech support issues. So chances of finding someone who knows an answer here are slim.
