Getting stuck on character loading screen

When I try to load into game on any character, it stops at about 90% and will not load in.

I have tried deleting all add-ons, removing contents of cache, interface, and WTF folders and then running scan/repair. No luck. Same outcome. I have also installed the game on a fresh laptop. Same issue.

Both laptops are Macbook Pros w/ M1 Pros and 16 and 32 GB memory.

Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks.

You’re looking for Mac Technical Support. I don’t have a mac or do any troubleshooting for them, so I don’t have any info on this issue.

Thanks for the info. FYI - My second laptop started working this morning. I believe the issue with the other is related to something else.
