Is this possible? Seems everything is warband related.
Keys are not transferrable currency. Each character has their own keys.
I used a key on my DK alt to get rep bonus from bountiful delve, still have 11 keys on my main waiting for next week.
My warlock alt also has their 3 keys, while the DK is down to 2.
Figured out my issue: character has to be 80.
